POLARI TENTH BIRTHDAY TOUR


Polari has been awarded a grant for the arts from Arts Council England to fund a tenth birthday tour, starting with a pre-tour event at the Southbank Centre and taking in 16 towns and cities nationwide.

WORKSHOPS


There will be a 2 hour creative writing workshop held during the day at each destination, facilitated

by Paul Burston, VG Lee and/or Karen Mcleod. £5 per workshop (or free at library events).

One person at each workshop will be offered a place on the bill that evening.

This follows our three critically-acclaimed tours in 2014, 2015 and 2016, also funded by Arts Council England.


All three tour were a huge success, with great feedback from audiences, artists and local press.
